Shipping policy
We do everything we can to ensure that you have a good experience when shopping in our online store. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Delivery time
Your order is delivered with Postnord/Instabox/Posten/Bring/Helthjem, and is available for residential addresses in Norway. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Expected delivery time for standard orders is 1-5 working days after the order confirmation has been received by email, as long as all goods are available in stock at the time of ordering. All orders are processed and sent out Monday - Friday. Orders placed at weekends and public holidays are processed on the next normal working day. NB: We reserve the right that increased processing and delivery times may occur during sales periods and holidays.Â
Where are your items shipped from?
 All goods are sent out from our warehouse near Oslo.
Shipping cost
For purchases from us, the following shipping fee applies, regardless of the size and weight of the package:
- From NOK 49 with Postnord, Instabox, Helthjem and Porterbuddy to the nearest delivery point.
- More shipping options available at checkout.
Delivery
The orderer receives a receipt for the purchase with an order number from us. When the package is ready for collection, the recipient of the order will receive an SMS or e-mail with information about which delivery location the package is located at and a collection code.

We encourage you to always state your mobile number and e-mail address when placing orders. If you shop unregistered without a telephone number, any errors with the delivery or other questions about your order will be sent by e-mail.
