Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your profile and submit a return request. Once your request is registered, you can arrange the return shipment using this link: https://my.postnord.no/return?q=BLOMZ 

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

  • Customers must report any damage or issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Reports made after this period may not qualify for a resolution.
  • Send an email to kontakt@blomzaccessories.no including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
  • Once your claim is received, our customer service team will review the submitted details.
  • Additional information or images may be requested if necessary.
  • A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost if the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.
  • Should a replacement not be possible or if you prefer a refund, a full refund will be processed using your original payment method.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hygienic articles or custom products (such as earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return your current product and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
